  Now it didn’t go smoothly but Joseph and the team were with me all the way. Took my phone calls, promptly responded to my emails and always made me feel they were in my corner and there to help.

  Worst customer experience and the rudest/ dumbest service reps. If I pay $150 per month for a mobile plan than I should receive the service quality at least as good as Optus or Vodafone if not better.

  So helpful and nice when buying two new Samsung phones with Telstra plans. One phone ended up being a dud after 10 months. Sent phone away and warranty refused. Called Woden phone number several times to get some more information, and staff always too busy to take my call. Girls that took my call promised to have one of the staff from Woden call me back so I could ask a couple simple questions that would help me make a decision. But I never received calls back as promised. Girls on the phone just got their back up when I expressed my frustration. Once they have your money and you are locked in a contract, these people really don't care.

  The worst service I have ever received - went back twice in the space of a day because I was misinformed the first time, and then the second time I was given a number to call (after waiting around for someone to figure out what was wrong with my SIM card for 40 minutes). Called the number and it didn't even exist. I did some more research online, their website says that they can do everything I was asking for. If possible I would give this place less than 1 star, my time was wasted, the staff member was rude and my SIM card issues were in no way resolved - in fact I think I left with more problems and questions than when I went in.

  Telstra Business (I was a business customer at the time) had suggested I go to another outlet in order to move my account over to private, and so my next nearest choice was the Woden store.

  It’s worth noting here that I had been a customer of the Tuggeranong store for over three years and they couldn’t have cared if my issue was solved or not but Woden got it done.

  Fantastic service. I had just had an APPALLING experience with the Telstra shop at Tuggeranong (see my review of them) and so my faith in Telstra was rock bottom when I walked in the Woden store.

  Without any fuss Joseph took charge of the situation and was able to fix the issue I had, an issue that had seen the Tuggeranong staff and manager flapping around like a dying halibut on red hot pavement.
