  Useless opening hours, unhelpful staff. Gets 1 star for having a nice, clean, new location. You know, you wouldn't have to offer collection if your drivers actually delivered the parcels like your customer pays for.

  Every time I'm unfortunate enough to have to come in here, there is always an argument going on between staff and a customer (causing huge queues and an unfriendly atmosphere). I personally boycott AusPost as much as possible to avoid damage to my parcels (if I even ever get them). Other private courier companies are actually competent, it's a shame I can't get alternatives to deliver everything so I could completely avoid AusPost.

  case in the former location is always pleasant & ready to help with any inquiries you may have. I would certainly recommend that anyone needing to make use of the location will not regret having done so.

  We had a really positive experience yesterday, with a passport interview for my 15 yo son. Having read another review about staff who couldn't be bothered and there being a really small window when passport interviews are conducted there, I was reluctant to even try. However, we made the booking, ready to have to try again when we returned to Melbourne. On the day, we arrived early, yet were greeted warmly and professionally. I would like to thank Erich, who handled the interview, for his friendly and methodical approach. Would recommend.

  The Woden post office recently moved location. From the farthest side of the courtyard at the top of the stairs from the interchange to the centre on the right. In doing so they have upgraded their facilities so you now have access to B-pay machines & various other forms of electronic self-service payments. The staff as was the
