  I am very impressed with the staff and service at Kennards Hire at Phillip. Today I hired a water pump to drain my waterbed. A staff member carefully explained twice how the pump worked and what I needed to do, offered to come to my house if there was a problem and assisted me in putting the pump and hose in my car. There was subsequently a problem when I found the hose on the pump would not fit into the plug of the waterbed. I rang Kennards who said they would send someone over to see what further help they could be. A young man came within half an hour, sorted out the problem, drained the bed for me and even helped me take the bladder mattress outside when finished. Service extraordinary. Thank you Kennards staff at Phillip.

  Exceeded all of my expectations. The entire experience was enjoyable for a complete novice like me. The website was easy to use and provided video tips on how to use equipment. The phone call told me all I needed to know. The staff at the shop were pleasant, informative and friendly. Couldn't be more thankful. Definitely recommend!!
