    Great place for pet needs & staff are really helpful plus the DIY Bath stations have hot water & a warm blow dryer also, no more cold or wet pets

    My dog loves this place. He will literally have a cry if he sees us drive past and not go in. I simply have to rate it 5 star for my fur-baby, he loves being a part of the shopping, being able to come inside with us to buy his food (and maybe let him choose himself a few cheeky treats). A bit over priced, but 5 star none the less to see the smile on my puppies face ;)

    Prices change too much, very annoying if you are planning ahead, very very difficult to find anyone who works there they need to have someone always stationed at kiosk, asked for help with bird feed and they had no product knowledge
