  Visited the address to have an xray performed on the 1st floor, thought I would stop at the reception for the medical centre on ground floor to confirm directions.

  This centre bulk bills but also allows people to pay to jump the queue and get an appointment straight away making the wait much longer for those who can't afford an appointment (and maybe even the odd few who see it as unfair and wait their turn). I have waited over six hours before and would not hesitate to give zero stars due to the unfair system, though as much as I find this system to be just plain wrong, the staff have always been polite and helpful. I have found it really difficult to find a Doctor who actually seems to care and is competent so after I was lucky enough to find Dr. Johar I won't go anywhere else. He always takes me seriously, is very thorough, consistent and considerate. For me it is worth the wait and frustration and that's why I give the five stars. Thank you Dr. Johar.

  1 star is more than enough for this clinic. 0 rating for some of the GPs and their attitude. In my opinion, one should go here only if all other clinics in the universe are closed.

  I found the reception staff really nice. However, the Dr barely spoke to me or even looked at me; only asked a couple of diagnostic questions and only glanced at my broken finger and generally treated me like he was doing me some kind of a favour. Sorry, but paying $75 upfront is not a favour!!

  Jenny from Diagnostic Imaging upstairs really needs some training in customer service. Standing there for 5 minutes and no acknowledgment, even after I said hello I was ignored. wasn't sure if it was for real or a prank ...
