    Awesome service. Called at 11.15am on a Saturday to ask if they could change four tyres to alternative rims before close at 12pm. Did it without a fuss and gave me some great advice for upcoming registration check. My favourite tyre place. Thanks gents!

    Needed an emergency inspection due to registration in NSW running out soon - they did it next day at an excellent cost. great service and nice little breakout area - highly recommended

    Poor, rude and untruthful service. Lied about a wheel alignment being done (car pulled badly to the left when I picked it up). Mechanics revving the guts out of two cars (one was mine) when I arrived. Car was damaged in their care. Staff were rude and took responsibility for it but didn't want to fix it. Resolving the issue required head office intervention. I was shocked at how poor the customer service was. Needless to say I won't be back, nor will anyone I know.

    Was the only place i took my car NOT ANYMORE!!! Tells you nothings wrong with your car when clearly there is. John McGrath Ford is way more honest and better customer service.
