Damaged our car during a service and had to fight to get them to take responsibility and to get it fixed. Took them over 6 months to do the right thing! Not going back now lesson learned.

Paid for a 100000km service, 200km later clutch starts to slip. Capital Subaru response "thats bad luck, bring it in in 2 weeks and we'll have a look at it". They then suggested that high torque low revving engines are hard on clutches and I should have been driving it differently, and anyway they had seen them fail at 30000km. Got it fixed else where where it was noticed the hand brake had not been adjusted, the bushes in the front steering were cracked and broken, the diff oil had not been checked. Bad luck I guess

Took my old banger in for a checkup and they didn't even laugh! Instead I got some helpful (free) advice. Pretty cool eh.
