  I am very much supportive of looking after local dealership however, how could I have done so at this instance when the same could not be reciprocated back initially, especially when one is making such investment.

  Guy was difficult to deal with, did not get back to me and stated he would not bring in another car from another BMW dealer if I found one interstate. I asked about a vehicle in Melbourne that matched what I wanted and he wouldnt even ring the BMW dealer to see if a deal could be done. It wasnt worth his time apparently.

  After courteously advising them that I have made a deal with another BMW dealership interstate, the Sales Executive had a go at me on the phone and was told statements like "you better not bring that car here for servicing" and that "I was suppose to be looking after local dealerships". The awkward conversation did went on for more than 15 minutes or so, with remarks from a BMW representative that I found is not reflective of the BMW brand.
