  This is our family's go-to place for bike repair, bike accessories, annual bike check-ups and tune-ups, and new bikes for adults and kids. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they keep us safe on the road.

  Best bike shop in Canberra. Brad and Bianca are brilliant always doing that little bit extra to get your job done. Always happy to make a few extra tweaks to get your bike humming perfectly. Price wise they are bang on budget and there are never unexpected extras. Friendly service and they never try to upsell you. Brad got my daughter's Malvern Star stunt bike shifter gears functioning perfectly.

  Always friendly and helpful service. Had an experience a few months ago where Box of Bikes, around the corner, quoted me $700 for a bike repair. These guys charged me $40(!!). The bike gets ridden almost every day and is still going just fine 3 months later.

  Staff were helpfull and offered to order in a bike but why would you bother when you cannot see or test ride them.

  Really good service provided. Don't be fooled by the outside of the shop. They really know how to service a bike. They're not there to rip you off, they offer great advice. Have used other shops previous to this, however TLC trumps them all.

  Helpfull staff but extremly lacking in stock, asked to see what enduro mountain bikes they had for sale and they had no dual suspension bikes let alone an enduro. Floor was empty of bikes and the store is dated and run down, ironically requires some TLC....
