    Great shop, great people, if it is helping me or family or friends out they are just awesome to deal with. Well worth the piece of mind going to a shop/people you can trust.

    Terrible after sales support. My $2,500 bike had a hydraulic leak that caused the brakes to squeak massively. Over and over they just replaced the pads and called me a n00b. It took another bike service company to notice the actual problem. Onya then had no interest in helping out a loyal customer and charged me nearly $300 to fix an issue that the bike has always had. Not going back.

    Do not ask for a discount, you will get your head chewed off. Nothing polite was said to keep me going back. Go to one of the independent bike shops in the same area. They are always polite.

    Was in town for an event and broke a rear wheel. The guys at Onya were going to set me up with top spec'd Scott demo bike free of charge to keep me going. Great store very helpful and knowledgeable.
