    Great little shop. I'm from out of town but I've been here a few times. The first time, i dropped in at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon to try and get an issue sorted out for a ride on Sunday. The owner canceled his dinner plans in order to help us out. Above and beyond.

    There is a group of you who meet and park your bikes at 6am, filling up the car parks outside the shop and hovering all over the road. I drove in to park my car, (and this isn't the first time)and you slowly removed your bikes and one memeber was glaring at me trying to intimidate me like I was in the wrong. Is this the bike culture your shop encourages? Move your bikes off the road or move your meeting area to some where not blocking cars! I'm not blocking you!!! If it keeps happening I will address this with the police

    Good work and persistence in resolving a long term gear problem. Brian and Nathan, took the time to diagnose and then fix a long term issue with my gears. Now my 15 year old bike rides and feels like a new bike. Thank you, Brian and Nathan.
