I used an airline web site to plan a vacation. I was very glad to find that Flight Centre was able to give me a better price. The customer service was excellent.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Will completely rip you off and disappear as your travel agent when you really need them overseas! They entered my DOB wrong and risked voiding my flights (which I discovered in time). Do not book through them, I ended up finding all the cheaper flights myself (often 200-400 dollars cheaper than their initial suggestions), and suffered from being unable to check-in online or manage my own booking. Absolutely atrocious!
