  Have been here a few times and they have a really good range of heaps of big brands pet foods and a lot of bird and horse feed they make themselves. Good to see a local Canberra business that’s has been around for so long still offering good old fashion service and products. Head upstairs to check out a heap of their large pet equipment. Shop local, shop small!

  Great place. Helpful staff, always have good advice. Getting my chooks, feed and roo food from here for 6 or 7 years. Never had an issue.

  I have been getting my Animal feed at this store for well over a year and have always been super happy with the quality of the product and the service of the staff Until today!! i will not be returning, i went in today to simply ask for a replacement of some stock that was not up to standard only to be spoken to in the rudest fashion and to then be accused of causing the product to be in that condition, would not listen when i calmly tried to explain that this was not possible as the product had been keep in the sealed bag that i had received it in, in my lounge room until opening it last night, i was then offer a grudging offer of refund which i excepted simply because i needed to get more feed, then told they could not make up any more of my feed and that i could buy a bag of 'Rabbit mix' instead. I sincerely hope that you do not treat you higher playing customers with such poor attitude and disrespect
