  Despite the pleasant surrounds inside, this is just another car dealership. Prepare to be sucked up to until it comes time to do a deal, when you'll be subjected to the sorts of mind games and pressure tactics you'd find in other such establishments. As a special bonus we were berated and belittled by their finance manager (or was it owner?) For daring not to take out their finance package.

  There were two fees in the finance contract which contradicted the verbal guarantees I was given. But in time they were good enough to refund both. It was quite a saga, but on the upside I've found the sales guys great, Mitch was a pleasure to buy from.

  Very dishonest dealership. We negotiated a deal in good faith but the price was 'corrected' after we had our heart set on the car and they tried to get thousands more out of us. The price we agreed on remained on their website long after - FAKE advertising. Never seen such a complete lack of respect for a customer in the small Canberra market before. Use the other Canberra VW dealer or ring Sydney - you couldn't be treated less disrespectfully than we were at Lennock Motors.

  I found the sales assistant Jared Parsons extremely helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. For example, he offered to connect my phone via bluetooth to my new car which saved me hours of idling around. That's one of many helpful things he did. I found all the staff friendly and polite. Great experience!
