  After adding an unwanted $30 charge during a routine service, it too 3 months of regular calls for them to process a 'refund'. In the end I was sent a voucher. A year later, when I tried to pay for my next service, they wanted to decline the voucher because I didn't mention it when I booked the service. This is the level at which Lennock will aggressively nickel and dime customers once you have purchased a car from them.

  On the whole, an all star team extending into numerous dealerships. Outstanding customer service and a great group of true professionals ready to go the extra mile. Having had the pleasure of doing business with them on a number of occasion, I can not recommend them highly enough.

  I can't stress how much to avoid this dealer. Reneged on fixed price service, constantly looking to add uneccessary costs to service schedule, and failing to register my extended warranty with Volkswagen assist- diid they just pocket the money? At the very least simply poor customer service.
